To secure your event date, we require a deposit. The deposit amount varies based on the scope and scale of your event. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Final payment is typically due 7-14 days before your event date, as specified in your service agreement.

Service Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering exceptional service that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your event completion. We will work with you to address any issues and find an appropriate resolution.

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent us from providing services or you from holding your event, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on expenses already incurred.

If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, disputes will be handled according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
