Yes, we serve clients throughout New York and are available for projects in nearby states. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Our consultation includes a detailed discussion of your vision, venue review, design concept development, material selection guidance, and a preliminary estimate. It's a comprehensive planning session to get your project started.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for larger projects. Typically, we require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before the event. We're happy to discuss payment options that work for your budget.
We understand that plans can evolve! We build flexibility into our process and can accommodate changes up to a certain point. Changes made closer to the event date may incur additional fees depending on the scope.
Sometimes events need last-minute decoration support. While we recommend advance planning, we understand that emergencies happen. Contact us immediately if you need urgent assistance, and we'll do our best to help.
